A morning in Milan

Oh boy, oh boy. That was not a good night’s sleep. When I got my hotelroom, I could hear the cars and train outside. “Oh nice, I can open a window.”, I thought. Not thinking more about it, I just dropped off my gear and went down to the restaurant for a meal. We were quite hungry after almost 11 hours on the go and just a few snacks here and there. But what a surprise when I got back to the room and wanted to close the windows….. There was no window open!!! And I had the highway just outside about 50 metres away. The other side of the building has a view like the photo above. Apparently no noise, me colleague said. Better check stuff like this next time. And at the rate this is going it will be in another 3 years.
