Baking Bagels

I had this one on the list for a long time. Finally made some time to do it. The hardest part is probably the sizing of it and making the hole in it big enough. The strangest thing is to cook it before it goes into the oven. Oh yeah…… And they tasted good, even though there is a lot of room for improvement.
